By applying as an instructor partner, you agree to promote these courses honestly, use only approved referral links and co-branded materials, and avoid misleading medical, legal, certification, or payout claims.

Your partner account is for referral and co-branded student enrollment activity. It does not grant permission to share logins, copy course materials, redistribute lessons, screen-record training content, or teach any curriculum as a classroom product unless Civilian Medical has approved a separate instructor or classroom license.

Student discounts and instructor payouts are based on the active partner settings at the time of signup or purchase. Payouts are reviewed for refund, chargeback, fraud, and policy compliance before payment.

Civilian Medical may pause, reject, or terminate partner status for misuse, brand harm, unsafe instruction, credential sharing, suspicious activity, or violation of these terms.
